Policies

   By submitting the completed order form you as a customer become a party to the agreement and accept our policies. The order form embodies a certain set of directions that will serve as basis for the future research and completion of the paper. A completed version of your order will be sent to the provided email address by the specified date. Charge that will be shown on your card account is a price for our custom writing service that will be calculated in accordance with the price schedule declared by MindRelief. The charge will appear as 2checkout which is our retailer.
   We guarantee to deliver a custom paper that will be written according to the given instructions. If the order does not meet the requirements we will gladly provide revision free of charge, provided the fact that we receive your notification in 7 days after the order is completed. Please note that after 7 days deadline we would not be able to satisfy your request. When instructions and final version of the paper do not coincide we will revise your paper. Unless the initial instructions and new adjustments that the customer provides after the order was completed do not match MindRelief will not be responsible for revising such orders. After the order form is completed and processed, the customer can modify the original details only with the approval of our administration.
   Please note that no refunds are granted once the writing process has been completed. Our administration will not be liable for technical problems caused by customers’ mail servers or internet providers that can delay the delivery of the paper.
   We strongly encourage you to upload all necessary materials for your order in PDF format. Please note that the countdown for your order will start after you upload the last file. Thus, when filling out the order form you need to inform us that there will be files uploaded.
   Our product is not a physical asset and thus can be easily reproduced. For this reason we can not award any refunds. The only case in which the customer will receive money back is our failure to complete the order.
