Title Page
Title page is a face of your entire work. Such a huge responsibility is a blessing and a curse at the same time. You must make you title page error-free, pleasant looking and without any unnecessary objects on it. As a writer you need to remember that people often judge the book by its cover therefore you have to scrupulously check your title page before submitting your essay. There are a number of points that are always present on a title page. First of all you need to include information required by your professor in case you haven’t got any please follow these instructions:
-
Writer’s name
-
Date of project submission
-
Title
-
Name of the class
-
Period and time of the class
-
Name of your instructor
Start each line from the right of left margin to make it look professional and easy to read. Choose a font that you will use for writing the rest of your paper it will create a sense of unity of the entire document.
If you are not specifically asked avoid using pictures or other graphic images on your title page. In case you wish to do so (for a graphic design class) select a picture of a suitable size and appropriate quality. It should not be a drastic image as it may turn instructor’s attention from your paper and focus it on a mere presentation of it.
All information given on a title page should correspond to real facts and shouldn’t cause any questions. You should proofread it a few times before submitting the paper as even a small mistake in your title page will guarantee you a lower grade for the entire paper.
